Workshops are one of the basic tools supporting the participation of each team member in the design process. At Dynatrace, we try to use this form of cooperation as often as possible. However, proper preparation for the workshop is an important part of whole process, on which the satisfactory outcome depends. Our meeting will be devoted to the topic of appropriate preparation and conducting a workshop.
